ℹ️ About This Collection

A free, fully sourced reference on voter fraud in America, built on the work of @Real_RobN, Mike Lindell's Election Crime Bureau, court records, and government documents.

🧾 Evidence levels

Every record carries one of six labels, so you always know how solid the proof is.

βœ…
Proven (13)Conviction, guilty plea, or court ruling. The strongest level. A court or official body has ruled, or the defendant admitted guilt.
πŸš”
Charged (3)Criminal charges filed. Prosecutors have filed charges. Defendants are presumed innocent until the case ends.
πŸ›οΈ
Official (21)Government finding, data, lawsuit, or action. A government agency has published it or acted on it.
πŸ”
Under Investigation (5)Open official investigation. Law enforcement is investigating; no charges yet.
πŸ—£οΈ
Sworn Testimony (1)Given under oath; not yet tested in court. A witness swore to it in a hearing or an affidavit.
πŸ“£
Claim (14)Reported; original source not yet archived. A credible source reported it. It moves up a level once the original document, data, or video is found and archived here.

πŸ› οΈ How this is built

πŸ“₯ Collected

Records come from @Real_RobN's posts, Mike Lindell's websites and reports, Justice Department releases, court records, state election offices, and investigative reporting.

πŸ”— Sourced

Every record links to its original sources. Court orders, indictments, and reports are archived here as PDFs, so they cannot disappear.

🧾 Labeled

Each record is labeled by strength of proof, from Proven down to Claim. A record moves up only when its primary source is found.

βš–οΈ Nothing hidden

Court rulings and official responses are shown with each record, so readers see the whole picture and can judge for themselves.

🧠 Report findings

The Election Crime Bureau's 799-page report is now a searchable list of 828 findings, each with the report's own rating and sources.

πŸ”„ Kept current

New prosecutions, rulings, and posts are added as they happen. The date at the bottom of every page shows the last update.

πŸ“– Plain-English glossary

The terms you will meet in the records and findings.

πŸ“¬ Ballot harvesting

Collecting other people's completed mail ballots and turning them in. Rules differ by state: Texas bans paid harvesting, and New Jersey lets one person carry no more than three voters' ballots.

βœ‰οΈ Absentee / mail-in ballot

A ballot filled out away from the polling place and returned by mail, drop box, or hand delivery.

πŸ–₯️ Adjudication

When a voting machine cannot read a ballot clearly, election workers decide on screen how it should be counted.

πŸ”— Chain of custody

The written record of who handled ballots, machines, and records, when, and why. Gaps make results hard to audit.

🧾 Cast vote record (CVR)

The machine's digital record of the choices on each ballot.

πŸ—„οΈ EMS (election management system)

The central software that programs voting machines and adds up the results.

πŸ› οΈ Trusted Build

An official update that installs certified voting software. Tina Peters copied Mesa County's system before and after one in 2021.

✍️ Certification

Official approval of election results by county boards and state officials.

πŸͺͺ DPOC (documentary proof of citizenship)

A document such as a passport or birth certificate that proves citizenship. Arizona requires it for state and local ballots.

πŸ“‹ SAVE (DHS database)

Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements: the federal database states use to check whether registered voters are citizens.

πŸ“œ SAVE America Act

A proposed federal law requiring proof of citizenship to register and photo ID to vote in federal elections.

πŸ”„ ERIC

Electronic Registration Information Center: a group of states that share voter-roll data to find voters who moved, registered twice, or died.

⏳ NVRA quiet period

Under the National Voter Registration Act, states may not run routine voter-roll removals in the 90 days before a federal election.

πŸ•΅οΈ Election Crime Bureau (ECB)

Mike Lindell's election research group, led by former Michigan State Senator Patrick Colbeck; author of the 828-finding 2020 report.

βœ… Heritage Election Fraud Map

The Heritage Foundation's database of proven cases. Each ended in a conviction, civil penalty, court ruling, or official finding.

❓ Questions

Isn't voter fraud too rare to matter?

The Heritage database alone lists 1,619 proven cases, and it counts only cases that ended in a conviction or an official finding. Fraud that is never caught or prosecuted appears in no count at all. And close races turn on a few thousand votes: Arizona's 2020 presidential race was decided by 10,457 votes, Georgia's by 11,779.

Why do some records show court rulings that went the other way?

Because an honest report shows the whole record. With the rulings beside the evidence, you can weigh both yourself, and no one can say anything was hidden.

What does "Claim" mean?

A credible source has reported it, but the original document, data, or video has not yet been found and archived here. It keeps that label until it is.

Who rated the 828 report findings?

The Election Crime Bureau did, in its own report. This site shows its rating (Established Fact, Disputed Fact, or Reasonable Inference) and every source it cites, so you can check them yourself.

How do I search?

Type in the search box at the top of any page (or press / on a keyboard). It searches records, findings, posts, videos, and documents at once. List pages also have filters you can combine; the web address saves them, so you can share exactly what you see.

Can I use and share this material?

Yes. Share any page or single record, download the data, and cite it. Every evidence card has its own link and a Cite button that copies a ready-made citation.

πŸ“¬ Send evidence

βœ… The most useful tips include a link to the original document, court case number, or official release; the date and place; and who was involved.
